Let's Talk, with the Center for Integrated Care (CIC), is a brief, drop-in, and confidential problem-solving consultation with linkage to community and campus resources through a CIC team member. Visits are first come, first serve, and no appointment is necessary. Let's talk is not therapy, and it is not designed for students in active crisis.

Students can access Let's Talk from Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm in Cato Hall 131 or virtually by clicking on the zoom link:  https://zoom.us/j/96987396315.

Let's Talk can be for: students facing specific issues (academic stress, relationship concerns, physical or financial wellness); students wishing to connect with therapy but not knowing how; students who are interested in therapy but would like to learn more about what it is like to sit with a counselor; students wanting to know more about wellness resources on and off campus.
